After initially practising yoga for the physical benefits, I found my mental health transforming the most. I decided to delve deeper into my personal practice with a yoga teacher training that carried a beautiful exploration of philosophy, as well as anatomy, sequencing, postures and pranayama.

My eyes were opened by my teachers at Rila Yoga, and I quickly felt the call to start teaching.

I teach weekly classes for members of Syndale Park gym in Faversham, as well as provide cover for studios in the area.

In addition to this I provide 1:1 yoga and corporate yoga online, and am available for events including retreats and hen dos.

About Me

Creative sequencing and descriptive cueing are at the forefront of my teaching style. I love to make all students feel included and will ensure there is an option for everyone. Uplifting students and seeing their confidence grow is one of my biggest joys. Yoga is not about the perfect pose, it's how it feels for you and I think there is such power in honouring your body.

Here for the feeling, not the pose.

What is my teaching style?

What can you expect in one of my classes?

Regardless if its Vinyasa or Hatha, grounding or dynamic, a yoga class is not a yoga class for me without pranayama (breathing exercises) and savasana (rest). I like to invite quiet moments of reflection and honour the roots of yoga by weaving gentle philosophy and Sanskrit into every practice. Encouraging students to feel challenged and meet their edge (if that's what they want!) is really key for me.
